How do I create my first collection?

Tap New Collection in the app, give it a name (for example, Restaurants or Travel), and you're set.

How do I save something to SavedIt?

In the app where you found the link, tap Share and choose SavedIt. You can keep the save as-is, add context, or place it in a collection.

Yes. Add tags while saving or later when editing a saved item.

Can I save from desktop Chrome?

Yes. Install the SavedIt Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store. It lets you save the current tab with an optional collection, note, and tags.

How do I find something I saved?

Use Search to look up by title, source, tag, note, collection, or the idea you remember.

Can I use SavedIt in a browser?

Yes. Log in to the SavedIt web app to search your saved items, review collections, manage reminders, and open the original links from a larger screen.

Can I share saves with friends?

Yes. Invite specific people to view or edit, or create an unlisted public link. People who accept a shared-collection invitation can also vote on items and leave comments.

Can I connect SavedIt to an AI assistant?

Yes. SavedIt’s experimental MCP connection lets compatible AI assistants search your library and, with read-and-write access, manage saves, manual collections, and private collection sharing. You choose the access level and can disconnect it from Settings.

Can I export my saved data?

Yes. In Settings, choose Export my data to download a CSV of your links, titles, sources, notes, dates, and tags. The download link lasts for one hour.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings and choose Delete Account. You can schedule deletion in 14 days or start permanent deletion right away. To stop a scheduled deletion, sign back in within 14 days and choose Cancel deletion.

Email contact.savedit@gmail.com and tell us what happened. Do not send your password, private links, or MCP access keys.

How do I add SavedIt to the iOS Share Sheet?

After installing SavedIt, open the Share Sheet in any app, scroll to the end of the apps list, tap 'More', and enable SavedIt from the list.

How do I add SavedIt to the Android Share Sheet?

SavedIt is automatically added to the Android Share Sheet after installation. If you don't see it, try restarting your device.

How do I favorite SavedIt in the iOS Share Sheet?

Open the Share Sheet in any app, scroll to the end of the apps list, tap 'Edit', and drag SavedIt to the Favorites section.

How do I favorite SavedIt in the Android Share Sheet?

In the Android Share Sheet, long-press SavedIt and select 'Pin' to add it to the top of the list.
