Get an email when notifications are off
When none of your devices can get SavedIt notifications, SavedIt emails you instead: your reminders, a summary of likes and comments, and nudges to revisit a save.
It's on unless you turn it off. In the app, open Settings, then Notifications, then Email, and turn off Email me when notifications are off.

When SavedIt emails you
Only when no device signed in to your account can get SavedIt notifications: they're turned off for SavedIt, or you use SavedIt only on the web. If one device can get them, the notification goes there and nothing is emailed.
Emails go to the address on your account. Summaries and nudges never arrive in your quiet hours. Reminders still come at the time you set.
What comes by email
- Reminders: at the time you set. The email says your reminder is ready, without naming the save.
- Likes and comments in shared collections: at most one summary a day. It says how many, and the collection if there's just one. It doesn't say who or what they wrote.
- Nudges to revisit: at most one a week, once you have saves of your own.
Turn it on or off
- In the SavedIt app, open Settings, then Notifications.
- Tap Email.
- Under Notifications by email, use the Email me when notifications are off switch.
Stop one kind of email
At the bottom of the email, tap Stop reminder emails or Stop these emails. On the page that opens, tap Stop these emails. Only that kind stops, and your other email choices stay as they are.
The unsubscribe button in your email app does the same. SavedIt on the web has no Email switch, so use the link in the email.
In Settings, then Notifications, turning off Shared collections or Nudges to revisit stops those emails too.
Turning the switch back on doesn't undo a stop. To get that kind back, write to contact@saveditapp.com.
Your other email choices
- Only important updates: only reminders come by email.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email, in the app or from a link in a marketing email: nudges no longer come by email. Reminders and summaries still do.
