What Keeper knows and how to control it
See what SavedIt's AI learns from your saves, and hide, pause, or clear it.

What Keeper reads
Keeper is SavedIt's AI. It reads each save's own content, such as the title, caption, and page text. From that, it labels what kind of thing the save is, like a recipe, a place, or a product, and gives it a short topic, like "Toronto ramen spots".
To understand a save better, Keeper also reads its preview image and, for a video, a transcript of what is said. It reads the names of your own collections so it can suggest where a save fits. It never reads your notes.
Keeper describes the content, not you. Names of people and text that looks like personal details are not kept as topics. The one place Keeper writes about you is About you, which you control.
Why you saved it
Keeper may guess what you would do with a save, like go, cook, or buy. You can change it or type your own reason. Keeper never overwrites a reason you chose.
It stays private. It never appears in notifications and is never shared.
About you
Open Settings, then What Keeper knows, then About you. Keeper writes up to 12 short lines about what you save: your life stage, work, goals, and interests. Only you can see them.
- Edit any line. Keeper never overwrites your edit.
- Delete a line. Keeper will not infer that idea again, even after Start fresh.
- Tap Why? to see which of your threads a line came from.
- Turn About you off to delete the lines, or choose Start fresh.
- It is never about health, religion or beliefs, politics, sexuality or gender identity, ethnicity, immigration, money trouble, or legal trouble.
- It is never shared and never used by any other feature, for ads, sold, or used for training.
- To write it, Keeper sees only your thread names, counts, kinds, and topics. Not your titles, links, notes, or collection names.
Places on a map
To put a place on a map, SavedIt sends only the place name and a location, like the city, to a maps provider. It never sends your account, titles, or captions. If a name has no location, SavedIt may use a rough area around your other saved places to find it.
What Keeper remembers
- Threads: when you have three or more related saves, Keeper groups them into a thread.
- Saving rhythm: when you tend to save, such as weekday evenings.
- Keeper uses this for threads on Home, timely nudges, collection suggestions, and search.
Change what Keeper knows
Open Settings, then What Keeper knows. You can:
- See your threads.
- Rename, hide, or mute a thread. Hiding a thread never moves or deletes your saves.
- Edit, delete, or turn off About you.
- Turn individual features on or off.
- Pause learning, so Keeper stops adding to its memory.
- Start fresh, which clears what Keeper has learned. Your saves and collections stay as they are.
Export and deletion
Your account export includes what Keeper knows, including About you. Deleting a save removes its topic. Deleting your account deletes Keeper's memory with the rest of your data.
Keeper's memory is private to you. It is never shared with other people, never used for ads, never sold, and never used to train models.
